Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Digital CRM Consultant to join our team at Hexaware Technologies Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, with expertise in digital CRM solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive digital CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored digital CRM solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
