What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.As a junior content writer, youll collaborate with policy specialists and subject matter experts tocompose, edit and produce engaging and innovative content over a designated scope. In thisast-paced role, you might be asked to contribute to aspects that include digital content managementand strategy, so being a proactive problem solver with knowledge around scaled operations is a plus.Youll work with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to provide clear, helpful and relevantcontent for education and help center purposes. Strong writing and editing competencies are clearequirements here, as is a mastery of the English language, as this role will also offer tier-two editingor overseas content writers and producersOrganize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Replicate/copy provided content, ensuring accurate transcription and duplication? Create, edit and publish content for various topics, including strategy, organizational management, education and help center support? Work closely with POCs and SMEs to formulate content relevant for the task/scope of the assignment? Seeks opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance by reviewing knowledge base content, practicing skills and being receptive to coaching and constructive feedback? Produce documents that convey strategy, status, reorganization, scope, timelines, task planning, action items, risks, issues, project dependencies, test planning, or rollout planning? Monitor project performance and timelines, setting and meeting deadlines as necessary? Maintain confidentiality of our partners content? Able to function well with a team in a highly collaborative cross-functional environment, but still able to work as an individual contributor to track down answers to properly formulate content? Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances and situations
