Digital Asset Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the functioning of a digital platform used for archiving materials produced for advertising campaigns. Your role will involve supporting the team with information on the platform, maintaining daily contact with clients on European markets, and ensuring quality control of work performed on the platform. Additionally, you will be organizing and conducting trainings for new team members, communicating changes and upgrades to all platform users, and collecting feedback to report users" needs to the IT department. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the functioning of the digital platform for archiving advertising campaign materials - Support the team by providing information on platform usage - Maintain daily contact with internal and external clients in European markets - Collaborate with the Central Team to manage cooperation with external clients and report platform data - Ensure quality control of work performed on the platform by internal users - Organize, create, and conduct trainings on platform usage for new team members - Inform platform users about changes, upgrades, and new functionalities - Collect feedback on platform functioning and manage it, reporting users" needs to the IT department - Cooperate with the IT/Developers department for platform maintenance, error reporting, and creating User Cases - Report work progress and technical problems, working independently and managing your own time effectively Qualifications: - Minimum one year of experience as a project manager, content manager, or QA specialist in an advertising agency - Experience in content management using CMS systems like Wordpress, AEM, or Sitecore is preferred - Proficiency in English - Proficient in MS Office tools and dedicated to projects with attention to detail - Strong organizational skills, ability to build relationships, and effective communication - Self-organization and proactive approach to tasks, with independence in decision-making - Previous experience in the advertising or IT industry is advantageous,
