Digital Adoption Specialist (IT)

As a Digital Adoption Specialist at our organization, you will be responsible for working with our global customers to understand their training needs, identify opportunities for digital adoption, and improve processes. You should have a technical background with 2-6 years of relevant experience in Solutions/Technical Customer Success/Professional Services. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, MCA, or BCA is mandatory for this role. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, proposing digital adoption strategies using the client Product Ecosystem, and creating content tailored to customer use cases. You will also be involved in developing standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in project deliverables. To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in Javascript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, and systems architecture. Experience with Enterprise Applications such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, and Oracle would be advantageous. Candidates with an understanding of diverse cultures and practices, along with the ability to communicate effectively with North American clients, are preferred.
