Job Description

As a Digital Client Servicing Manager at Webenza, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns, and driving overall client satisfaction. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals, objectives, and challenges.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Work closely with the client and internal teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Project Execution:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all client deliverables are met with the highest quality.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and achieve better results.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and client servicing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
