Digital Account Manager

You will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Serving as the main point of contact for clients, you will address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve client goals and drive growth. Collaboration with internal teams will be crucial to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitoring and reporting on account performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products will also be part of your role. Conducting regular meetings with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and discuss future plans is essential. You will be expected to prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients and senior management. Staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to provide clients with informed advice and solutions is also a key requirement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency. A proven track record of managing and growing client accounts is necessary. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Strong organizational and time-management abilities are required, along with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in CRM software, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools is preferred. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights is crucial. Experience in Social Media, SEO, PPC, Website Development, Performance Marketing, etc., would be advantageous. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus. Certification in Digital Marketing or Account Management is also preferred.,
