DFX Software QA Test Dev Engineer

As an engineer of the Software Quality Assurance (QA) team at NVIDIA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of CAD tools and flows for semiconductor products. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing hardware, software, and lab support for testing and validation processes. - Architecting highly automated and customizable Software Quality processes for design flows using software engineering techniques. - Crafting feature test plans, identifying test cases based on user requirements, and automating testing. - Maintaining regression testing frameworks and developing test reporting mechanisms. - Performing code reviews, static analysis, and dynamic testing. - Delivering high-quality, bug-free Software Applications continuously. - Collaborating with team members on flows to provide DFT and methodologies for chip designs. - Supporting the development of tools using C++, Python, and TCL. - Working cross-functionally with DFT Methodology, Implementation, and design teams. Qualifications required for this role: - BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a Software QA role. - Knowledge of various software testing techniques, code reviews, code coverage, unit testing, flow testing, use case testing, and black/white box testing. - Experience with test management tools like TestRail or Zephyr and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab. - Strong GenAI, LLM, AI Code Generation skills are desirable. - Proficiency in Python, Tcl, or C++ programming and scripting. - Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA and providing lab software and hardware support.
