About the Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring application reliability, scalability, and security. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery and promote a strong DevOps culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Monitor and improve system performance, availability, and reliability with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
• Implement and manage configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Ensure system security, compliance, and backup strategies.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes.
• Automate repetitive tasks to optimize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root cause analysis.
• Advocate for best practices in DevOps culture, tools, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer (2–4 years).
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, Bash, or Go).
• Experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).
• Strong understanding of networking, system administration, and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in AWS/Azure/GCP DevOps or Cloud Architect.
• Experience with microservices and serverless architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
