We’re seeking a DevOps Engineer who is passionate about automation, infrastructure reliability, and improving the developer experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and evolving our AWS-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support Regie.ai’s SaaS and AI workloads.

Responsibilities include:

• Own and maintain infrastructure components in AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual operations and increase system consistency.
• Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) development and maintenance using Terraform or similar tools.
• Enhance monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to improve observability and reduce incident response time.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements.
• Support cloud security and compliance efforts (e.g., SOC 2) by following best practices and contributing to required documentation and controls.
• Continuously identify and lead small-to-medium infrastructure improvement projects that increase engineering velocity and platform resilience.

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS and its core services.
• Strong practical experience with Terraform (or similar IaC tools), Docker, and modern CI/CD systems.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python or Bash.
• Ability to read and understand backend code written in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js) to support debugging and deployment.
• Experience implementing and managing monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., New Relic, PagerDuty).
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Proven ability to own and deliver infrastructure improvements independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices and experience supporting SOC 2 or similar compliance programs.
