Our team is responsible for the modular technology platform that enables bookings of physical mailings in Germany and offers services in this context (e.g., address cleansing, postage optimization, induction document creation). The target audience primarily consists of eCommerce companies that currently use our existing software products for dispatch preparation.

What would a typical day look like for you:

You start by reviewing and adjusting the Terraform modules for the Azure Cloud infrastructure to ensure they meet current security standards. After lunch, you focus on modifying the GitHub Actions pipelines to build up new Docker images for Kubernetes deployments.

Throughout the afternoon, you coordinate with the project architects in a meeting to discuss the backend architecture and compliance with security protocols. You end the day by documenting all adjustments and insights to create a valuable resource for the team. Overall, you had a productive day that further strengthened the standards of our Azure Cloud infrastructure.

Tomorrow you’ll be modifying one of our Java Spring Boot services, to meet new business requirements.

Sometimes it doesn’t run so smoothly, of course. Don’t worry, we have a team of experienced developers supporting you in every case. Additionally, our requirements engineers and the product owner will help you out if requirements are unclear. Working in and as one Team, that is our motivation and what we stand for.

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Good knowledge with configuring typical Azure services like AKS, Key Vault, Network, DNS Zone, AD groups, Managed identities.
• Good knowledge of cryptographic measures for Data-at-Rest and Data-in-Transit (certificates, mTLS handshakes, private/public key, byok, ACME, PKI)
• Good knowledge of Terraform cloud.
• Good Knowledge of GitHub Actions pipelines.
• Good knowledge in Java development and Spring Boot Framework.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Cluster policies.
• Optional knowledge in OpenTelemetry, Prometheus and Grafana.
• Knowledge in Test Automation with JUnit and Cucumber.
• Work in a multinational agile environment.
• Prioritize and organize your tasks, according to the project goals.
• Good spoken and written English at minimum B2 level is needed.
