Role Description

We’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in multi-cloud environments to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in containerization, CI/CD, and monitoring — and be passionate about automation, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar tools.
• Manage and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Set up and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Configure and maintain monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, New Relic, and Prometheus/Grafana.
• Manage and optimize log aggregation and analysis using ELK stack, CloudWatch, or other logging tools.
• Implement and enforce best practices for cloud security, cost optimization, and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure high system uptime and reliability.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Operations roles.
• Strong experience in multi-cloud environments — AWS (primary), with working knowledge of Azure and GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools — GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.
• Solid understanding of monitoring tools like Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Experience with log management tools (e.g., ELK, Loki, CloudWatch).
• Scripting experience (Bash/Python/Go) for automation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks is a plus.
• AWS Certification (Developer or SysOps or DevOps Professional) is a bonus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in infrastructure as code (IaC) and GitOps practices.
• Exposure to cost optimization, policy automation, and FinOps tools.
• Understanding of networking, load balancers, and service mesh (Istio, Nginx, etc.).
• Awareness of DevSecOps and automated security scanning tools (Snyk, Trivy, etc.).
