What You Will Be Doing

• Implement and maintain pipelines for continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams to smoothen and speed up delivery.
• Spread the “devops” word to ensure culture of Devops is embraced beyond the sole Ops-Readiness & Performance team.
• Develop and maintain automation for infrastructure and applications deployments.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance of applications and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure & pipelines issues.
• Trigger and close feedback loops on service availability issues and performance degradation.
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are met.
• Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy.
  

What Will Make You Successful

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS (GCP & Azure appreciated)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Bash.
• Comfortable with git & skilled with CI/CD tools like Github actions.
• Advanced knowledge of automation tools Ansible and Terraform.
• Production grade experience with containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes and its ecosystem
• Experience of monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus & Datadog
• Understanding of Unix/Linux systems and administration practices.
• Pro-active mindset.
• Obsessed with automation and profound dislike for manual operations.
• Proficiency in Performance testing practice is a big value added.
• Fluency in English
