Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions for agricultural applications using Java and AWS.
Take full ownership of features from ideation to deployment, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability.
Champion best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
Lead technical discussions, influence architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers.
Integrate and optimize cloud-native services such as Amazon SQS, SNS, Lambda, and other AWS services.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and applying them to solve real-world agricultural challenges.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java-based backend development, with a strong grasp of object-oriented design and microservices architecture.
Proven expertise in AWS technologies including EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and Amazon SQS.
AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect is highly desirable.
Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a must.
Experience with Python and data-driven applications is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset with a bias for action.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
