Role Overview

Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Handle user account management, password resets, and email configuration.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and antivirus checks.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and basic LAN/Wi-Fi issues.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and update records regularly.
• Coordinate with vendors and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide remote and onsite support to internal teams and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, and basic networking.
• Good understanding of IT hardware and peripherals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and team collaboration mindset.
