Job Description

We are hiring a Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth functioning of end-user systems including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide onsite/remote support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software.
Handle user account setups and password resets.
Support email configuration (Outlook, Office 365).
Manage antivirus updates and security patches.
Assist with network connectivity and hardware issues.
Log, track, and resolve tickets within defined SLAs.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements or repairs.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT or related field.
3 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking basics.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
