Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Server Support Engineer. The Server Support Engineer will be responsible for providing server support, troubleshooting issues, offering technical support, managing operating systems, and ensuring network security. Daily tasks will include monitoring server performance, diagnosing hardware and software issues, implementing security measures, and assisting with network configurations.

• Technical Support and Network Security skills
• Knowledge of Operating Systems and Networking
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
