Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Job Description:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Mac OS support (L2 or higher)
- Manage and support macOS upgrades, patches, and security updates, Provide Level 2 technical support for macOS devices including MacBooks, iMacs, and Mac Minis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OS-related issues such as startup problems, kernel panics, system freezes, application crashes, and performance degradation. Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues in coordination with vendors or hardware support teams.
- Support installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Suite, VPN, etc.). Familiarity with MDM tools, Microsoft Intune.
- Manage and troubleshoot enterprise applications and integration with corporate services (email, identity management, collaboration tools, etc.).
- Assist users with software compatibility issues and provide guidance on best practices for macOS usage, Troubleshoot and resolve Wi-Fi, VPN, Ethernet, and printer connectivity issues on macOS systems.
- Assist in configuration and troubleshooting of network drives, shared resources, and domain connections, Strong understanding of macOS system architecture, file system, and security features.
- Experience with Windows OS troubleshooting and integration in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure seamless end-user experience.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements or automation opportunities.
- Stay updated on latest macOS releases, patches, and security vulnerabilities.
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent certification is a plus.

Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
