Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual content across various media (social media, presentations, web, print, etc.)
• Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and design graphics aligned with brand guidelines
• Translate briefs into high-quality visuals, ensuring clarity, consistency, and creativity
• Prepare design assets for campaigns, events, and internal use
• Revise designs based on feedback in a timely and efficient manner
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Assist in maintaining and evolving the brand’s visual identity

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional designing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work (branding, social media, marketing materials, etc.)
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience with UI/UX or web design tools (Figma, Sketch)
• Familiarity with social media content trends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹39,155.91 per month
