10 to 15 Interior Designers

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of 1015 interior designers.
• Drive the

  Design Process Transformation Roadmap

  to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Achieve monthly team targets for

  design sign-offs

  .
• Define and implement strategic initiatives to sustain

  Business Excellence practices

  .
• Foster strong team spirit and maintain high morale within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered

  on time with the required quality standards

  .
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure operational processes align with organizational methodology.
• Monitor dashboards, audit observations, action plan trackers, and other sources to proactively address potential issues.
