Design Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer (Assistant Manager / Manager level) with strong expertise in SPM (Special Purpose Machines) and SolidWorks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in team handling, project execution, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team for SPM and automation projects.
• Develop 3D models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with production, electrical, and installation teams for seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Related Engineering field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SPM machine design.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
