We are looking for a Senior Project Architect ready to lead significant projects, mentor teams, and shape environments that are as strategic as they are beautiful. This role is central to translating our philosophy—client-centric, research-driven, and interdisciplinary—into built spaces of national impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects end-to-end, from design concept through delivery, ensuring innovation, technical precision, and execution excellence.
• Translate client vision into creative, functional, and enduring solutions.
• Direct design documentation, drawings, specifications, and presentations with high accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, corporates, consultants, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering a culture of design leadership.
• Represent Arrete in client presentations, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources while delivering design excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 7–10 years of professional experience managing large-scale architecture and interior projects.
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong design sensibility paired with technical expertise.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and execution frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, client engagement, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving agility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
