Job Description

ob Purpose

To assist in the development and improvement of LED lighting products by supporting design, testing, and documentation activities throughout the product development cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Support in creating new product designs and concepts for LED lighting.
Assist in prototype development, assembly, and testing.
Prepare and update technical drawings, specifications, and BOMs.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for trial runs and validations.
Help analyze product performance and suggest design improvements.
Ensure products meet company quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Basic knowledge of LED lighting components (drivers, optics, heat sinks, housings).
Familiarity with design tools like AutoCAD or SolidWorks (preferred).
Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
