Design Engineer - Electrical

Role Overview: As an Electrical Design Engineer, your primary responsibility is to create electrical schematics, layout designs, and cable generations using SEE Electric software as per standards. You will also convert legacy machine electrical schematics for new upgrades, generate part lists and cable lists, and perform power calculations for various electrical components. Additionally, you need to select appropriate components based on safety requirements and ensure accuracy and consistency in all your deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Create electrical schematics, layout designs, and cable generations using SEE Electric software - Convert legacy machine electrical schematics for new upgrades - Generate part lists and cable lists - Perform power calculations for main disconnector switch, transformer, circuit breakers, and cabinet thermal calculations - Select appropriate components such as breakers, sensors, drives, motors, and safety devices - Perform document creation, revision, and releasing in Team Center software - Conduct self-quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency - Replace obsolete electrical parts while maintaining the existing design of the machines Qualifications Required: - BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Instrumentation, or Electronics and Communication - Good knowledge of electrical standards, symbols, and pneumatic symbols - Hands-on experience in low voltage control panel design and automation control panel for SPM - Experience in concept design of schematic architecture and electrical design calculation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Knowledge of electrical CAD software such as EPLAN or SEE-electrical - Ability to read and upgrade electrical schematics for legacy machines,
