Roles and responsibilities:
Resident Development engineer in Plant providing series support
Carry out Development tasks related to engineering change management, cost reduction and localisation projects.
Conduct problem-solving and technical risk assessments for deviations occurring at the plant, supplier, or customer locations.
Perform design calculations, change analysis, Design FMEA etc.
Prepare Development reports & documentation.
Review engineering designs, drawings, test plans, measurements, simulations, tests, manufacturing processes etc.
Support creation and implementation of innovative, low-cost product concepts.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal cross functional teams to achieve organisational objectives.
