Deputy Manager - Customer Connect

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will play a key role in conducting daily RTR audits and maintaining training content, and monitoring the quality activities through structured vendor governance. This role requires strong communication skills, accountability, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities across teams and vendors.

What does the job entails?

• Perform daily Audits (RTR) quality activities.

• Act as custodian of the Knowledge Portal, Email Composer, and Training Content.

• Ensure timely updates of training materials across all Lines of Business (LOBs).

• Roll out timely updates and communications to relevant stakeholders.

• Conduct repeat email analysis to identify and address recurring issues.

• Track and manage: Training, PKT Tests /BQ/PIP & Refresher activities with vendors

• Conduct OJT Certifications and Fortnightly calibration sessions to ensure quality alignment.

• Vendor governance for quality and training-related activities.

• Drive process improvement by identifying gaps through RTR and implementing corrective actions.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong process knowledge and ability to apply it effectively.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently without constant supervision.
• Demonstrates maturity and understands the criticality of assigned tasks.
• Takes accountability and delivers consistent results.
• Basic proficiency in: • Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry) • Microsoft Word & Outlook • Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation creation and editing) .

Essential conditions:

• Education: Graduation

• Work exp: 5+ years in which min 1 year of Team handling experience mandatory.

• Work related skills: Good in Excel, data management, presentation skills and effective communication skills.
