Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with strong Advanced Excel skills to manage and maintain accurate data records. The ideal candidate should be efficient, organized, and capable of handling large data sets with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify data in Excel and company databases.
  • Prepare and manage reports, MIS data, and dashboards.
  • Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.).
  • Maintain data confidentiality and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect and validate data.
  • Perform regular backups and updates of data files.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator / MIS Executive.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Level).
  • Good knowledge of MS Word and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
