About the Role:

Were looking for a results-driven and self-motivated Demand Generation Intern to join our growth marketing team. This is a paid, performance-based internship ideal for early-career professionals with prior marketing or lead generation experience who are ready to take ownership of demand initiatives and drive real business impact.

Youll play a hands-on role in designing and executing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, working closely with our sales and marketing teams.

What Youll Do:

? Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, email, ads, content syndication, etc.).

? Identify and qualify leads based on ICP (ideal customer profile) and hand them off to sales.

? Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and conversions.

? Research target accounts and decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.

? Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing to develop assets that attract and convert.

? Help build and maintain lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).

? Maintain data hygiene and lead status updates in CRM systems.

Who You Are:

? Prior internship or 612 months of experience in lead generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing.

? Strong written and verbal communication skills.

? Familiarity with B2B sales funnels and marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Sales Navigator).

? Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.

? Proactive, accountable, and excited about measurable results.
