Job Description

Position - Dell One Identity - SRE

Location: Pune, India

Work Mode: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of One Identity systems.
Implement and maintain monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) to proactively detect issues.
Develop automation scripts/tools (Python, Bash, Ansible) for IAM operations like provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management.
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution of IAM-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Ops, Dev) for smooth IAM integration.
Ensure compliance with standards such as GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001.
Continuously improve IAM systems for resilience, scalability, and efficiency.
Stay updated with IAM and SRE emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years in IAM/SRE with strong expertise in
One Identity solutions
.
Proficiency in
automation & scripting (Python, Bash, Ansible)
.
Experience with monitoring tools (
Prometheus, Grafana
) and CI/CD pipelines (
Jenkins, Terraform
).
Knowledge of IAM protocols, security controls, and compliance frameworks.
Hands-on with
Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT (Masters preferred).
Relevant certifications (CISSP, One Identity, SRE) desirable.

Key Competencies:

Proven SRE/DevOps experience in IAM domain.
Strong knowledge of security and IAM best practices.
Expertise in automation, monitoring, and orchestration tools.
Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems.
