Delivery Manager

About Position:

This Delivery Manager role requires a seasoned leader with strong domain expertise in a solid technical experience in Data & Analytics. The candidate will drive delivery excellence, customer engagement, team development, and strategic growth initiatives across the Delivery Unit.

What You'll Do:

• Customer Responsibilities:

• Support sales plans, manage customer relationships from execution to milestone closure
• Establish and execute the governance plan to pro-actively understand client expectations, and draw/implement improvement action plan.
• Handle any customer escalation if any.
• Conduct periodic reviews with customer to ensure their expectations are being met.
• Work towards ensuring high CSAT.

• Delivery Excellence, Process Quality Services:

• Maintain utilization and resource structure as per organizational guidelines/approved deviations
• Review the parameters, targets and risk associated with the SLAs being discussed with the customer

• People Management Team formation:

• Align unit to the various Communication Engagement Platforms to ensure employee engagement.
• Identify Develop Key Performers talent
• As part of team formation, you will be required to interview internal and /or external candidates for right fitment for program roles.

• Financial Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing business and profitability, adhere to the given profit margins target
• Meet Top-line Bottom-line targets, be directly responsible for gross net margin.

• Planning/Growth:

• Take responsibility for DUs growth and strategic plan.
• Make investment cases for business expansion with key clients / on hot technologies.
• Establish new domain competencies and unearth new business-adjacency opportunities

• Organizational Contributions:

  Lead/Participate in flagship programs across Persistent (Contributions outside of Delivery Unit/Services Unit)

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Domain Knowledge / Good Technical knowledge base:

• Good technical knowledge is required on Clinical Research or Life Science
• Must be from Data and Analytics Background
• Strong delivery knowledge and must handle both Fixed price and TnM projects and responsible for farming and innovative in growing the DU.
