Key Responsibilities

• Own the quality of data delivered to multiple clients and establish automated quality checks.
• Plan and manage delivery timelines for each client engagement.
• Identify risks early and define mitigation plans proactively.
• Collaborate across teams to leverage core capabilities for client delivery.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Review and improve current delivery processes.
• Mentor and lead the delivery team to ensure excellence in execution.
• Interact directly with customers when needed.
• Represent the delivery team in internal and external discussions.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in software delivery or related domains.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Hands-on experience with programming, large system development, and code reviews.
• Proven experience in setting up and executing quality processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience leading small to medium-sized teams and collaborating across functions.
