Delivery management with Data Warehouse

As a Delivery Manager with expertise in Data Warehouse Projects, your role will involve managing the end-to-end delivery of Application Development and Support services for the client. You will be responsible for coordinating with the Enterprise Program Management Office to ensure programs are executed following defined standards and governance structures. Additionally, you will interface regularly with key senior business leaders to facilitate a smooth transition from strategy development to program execution. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the delivery of Data Warehouse Projects, including Development & Modernization/Migration - Lead large complex Data Warehouse engagements, with experience in Snowflake, Matillion, DBT, Netezza/DataStage, and Oracle - Utilize Program/Project Management skills in Iterative, Waterfall, and Agile Methodologies - Track and manage complex program budgets effectively - Build and guide teams, providing necessary education and guidance for program success - Develop integrated program plans encompassing technical and business deliverables - Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders including team members, IT resources, and upper management - Convert business strategy into actionable objectives and measurable results - Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to team members - Ensure adherence to SLA/KPIs and address service delivery issues/escalations/complaints - Oversee shift management for various tracks and publish production support reports & metrics Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in managing delivery of Data Warehouse Projects - Strong background in Program/Project Management methodologies - Experience in managing complex programs to meet timelines and stakeholder needs - Proficiency in Project Development Life Cycle and project management tools - Strong business acumen, political savvy, and ability to collaborate in complex situations - Creative thinking ability to drive innovation and inspire diverse groups towards common goals - Strong negotiating, influencing, and consensus-building skills This summary highlights your role as a Delivery Manager with expertise in Data Warehouse projects, outlining key responsibilities and required qualifications for success in this position.,
