Delivery Excellence Manager

You will be joining Glean as a Delivery Excellence Manager (DEM). In this role, your primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate successful implementations and long-term customer engagements, ensuring our customers achieve real business outcomes through the use of AI technology. Your duties will include: - Leading new customer deployments, providing hands-on guidance for setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) and connectors - Managing the end-to-end delivery process from kickoff to go-live and renewal, including setting clear expectations for stakeholders, timelines, and services budget - Developing and executing joint success plans to drive adoption, engagement, and measurable business value - Creating and communicating tailored project plans, fostering collaboration across delivery, operations, and technical teams - Offering a combination of technical guidance and strategic partnership, serving as an escalation point when needed - Monitoring deployment progress, customer adoption, and satisfaction metrics - Proactively identifying risks or blockers and facilitating resolution - Contributing to process and product improvements through feedback and participation in internal initiatives Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-5 years of experience in technical deployment, implementation management, or technical account management of SaaS products for Enterprise customers - Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile, DevOps practices, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills - Experience in serving enterprise clients in strategic and hands-on roles, along with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives - Solutions-oriented mindset, ability to handle ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment - Technical configuration and troubleshooting skills - Proactive attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills, curiosity, and tenacity Please note that this role will require you to work in EMEA/US East hours. Additionally, the position is hybrid, with the expectation of working four days a week in the Bangalore office.,
