Delegate Sales Executive

You will be working closely with the conference production team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the event program. The role involves engaging in regular communication with international customers in an English-speaking environment. Your responsibilities will include researching attendees, generating sales leads, and cold calling prospective event attendees. Additionally, you will be expected to reach out to potential clients through calls, virtual meetings, and sending proposals to convert leads into sales. As part of your daily tasks, you will be responsible for managing and updating sales records to ensure they are accurate and up to date. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across various industries will be essential. You will also need to meet both monthly and overall revenue targets and demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to address issues and handle complaints effectively. The ideal candidate for this role must have a proficient level of written and spoken English. Being computer literate with knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is essential.
