Job Summary:

Deep Learning Researcher

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct original research in deep learning, neural networks, and related AI fields to develop new algorithms and models.
Design experiments to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of deep learning approaches.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into real-world applications.
Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in AI and deep learning technologies.
Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept models to demonstrate feasibility and impact.
Optimize and fine-tune deep learning models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Mentor junior researchers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Document research processes, results, and methodologies thoroughly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in specialized domains such as computer vision, natural language processing, speech recognition, or reinforcement learning.
Familiarity with distributed training, GPU programming, and cloud computing platforms.
Knowledge of model compression, quantization, or other techniques for deploying deep learning models in production.
Strong publication record and history of contributing to open-source AI projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
