Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and academically accomplished Dean to oversee the academic operations of our Australian institution, Sydney International School of Technology and Commerce (SISTC).

The Dean will be responsible for maintaining academic quality, ensuring compliance with higher education standards in Australia, managing faculty coordination, and supporting institutional governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic leadership and strategic direction to SISTC.
• Ensure compliance with Australian higher education quality and regulatory standards.
• Supervise curriculum development, academic planning, and faculty performance.
• Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams based in Australia.
• Promote continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and student support.
• Report to the Managing Director and Board on academic and operational matters.

Requirements:

• Qualification: PhD or Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline (preferably in Business, IT, or Education Management)
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in academic leadership or administration (experience with higher education institutes such as universities or colleges preferred)
• Excellent understanding of higher education frameworks and compliance requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
