DB Architect

As a Manager Quality (Automation) at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the team of Quality Engineers to drive the quality of our products to a world-class level. You will be a thought leader on quality and operational excellence, creating and implementing strategies to ensure the highest level of quality for our products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage a global team of experienced and highly skilled Quality engineers. - Collaborate closely with Development, Product Management, Operations, and other support organizations to track and report key quality metrics for software releases. - Develop and implement quality control methods and systems, while designing standards and procedures to provide quality guidance. - Lead the team in test automation development, including creation, maintenance, and execution of tests across multiple releases and environments. - Review business requirement documents, functional and technical specifications, and translate them into tests. - Set quality/performance objectives aligned with organizational goals, review individual/team performance, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. - Conduct process awareness sessions and provide trainings to team members. - Address gaps in deliverables and work towards uplifting the quality standards. - Ensure stakeholder reviews on all quality parameters and maintain bug tracking and test reporting skills. - Design, implement, and maintain high-quality test automation, and demonstrate expertise in test planning and execution. - Understand monitoring and metrics, and work towards continuous improvement in strategic transformations. **Qualifications Required:** - BE/ME/MCA in relevant field. - Minimum 10+ years of experience in Manual and Automation testing. - Hands-on experience (4+ years) in industry-standard automated GUI testing tools/test automation frameworks such as Selenium/Webdriver. - Experience with Delivery Excellence and Operational Excellence initiatives. - Familiarity with Agile development methodology, Scrum Certification, Jira, and Build Systems. - Experience with Unit Testing Frameworks (like JUnit), API Testing Tools, and Performance/Load testing tools (like JMeter). - Strong organizational understanding, adaptability to changes, and improvements in strategic transformations. - Experience in Healthcare industry is a big plus.
