As a Data Center Network Engineer at [Company Name], you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex network infrastructures using Cisco Nexus and ACI technologies. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and deploying data center network solutions using Cisco Nexus platforms and ACI architecture. - Configuring and troubleshooting routing and switching protocols including IGP, OSPF, EGP, BGP, STP, RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, vDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN. - Working with technologies such as DCNM, OTV, FEX, FabricPath, and LISP. - Performing installation, configuration, testing, and optimization of Cisco routers and switches. - Collaborating with clients and internal teams to communicate network strategy and architecture. - Providing consulting expertise and technical leadership across cross-functional engagements. Your Profile: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 4-9 years of experience in data center networking and Cisco technologies. - Strong hands-on experience with Cisco switching platforms: Cat 6500, 6800, 4500, 3850, Nexus 7K, 5K, 3K, and 9K (standalone and ACI). - Deep understanding of LAN switching technologies and virtualization. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong client-facing and consulting skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
