Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business domain and data entities; model relationships effectively.
  
• Design scalable, efficient solutions using

  Amazon Aurora & AWS RDS

• Optimize performance through indexing, normalization/denormalization, and I/O tuning.
  
• Implement secure, resilient, self-healing systems with rollback strategies.
  
• Develop

  FastAPI-based high-performance APIs

  .
• Write Python code for database utilities, procedures, and triggers.
  
• Monitor DB health, identify bottlenecks, and ensure observability & maintainability.
  
• Estimate and optimize

  AWS service costs

  .
• Own DevOps and release management for database systems.
  
• Collaborate with application teams to integrate backend and data APIs.
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with

  MySQL & PostgreSQL

  .
• Advanced Python programming skills.
  
• Prior experience in consumer digital platforms.
