Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect and study data to find useful trends and share insights.
Report Generation:
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and special reports, dashboards for teams.
System Maintenance:
Take care of the company’s MIS (Management Information Systems) and databases, making sure the data is correct, safe, and up to date.
Technical Support:
Help staff with technical issues, fix software or system problems, and ensure smooth IT operations.
Collaboration:
Work with different departments to understand their data needs and provide the right solutions.
Process Improvement:
Find better ways to manage and use data, and suggest or set up new ideas to improve efficiency.
Strategic Input:
Support planning by giving data-based suggestions and making sure IT systems match the company’s goals.
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
BCA, Computer Science, B.Tech
Technical Skills:
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
· Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
· Basic knowledge of SQL and how databases work
Analytical & Problem-Solving:
· Ability to study data, find patterns, and turn them into useful recommendations
