Key Responsibilities :
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.- Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms.- Create clear and compelling visualizations and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production.- Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses.- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and industry trends in data science.- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.- 3+ years of experience in a data science role.- Proficiency in Python or R and their respective data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling techniques.- Experience with SQL and relational databases.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Nice-to-Have :
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).- Knowledge of cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).- Background in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision
