Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Build
predictive models
for demand-driven inventory allocation and replenishment.
Develop
optimization models
to maintain healthy stock levels across warehouses, stores, and channels.
Analyze
sell-through rates, lead times, and inventory turnover
to recommend actions.
Create
dashboards and tools
for real-time visibility into inventory health.
End-to-end
model development
from data collection to deployment and monitoring.
Partner with
supply chain, logistics, and merchandising teams
to implement insights.

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years of experience in
inventory optimization or supply chain analytics
.
Proficiency in
Python, Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, SQL
.
Knowledge of
forecasting, optimization models, and ML algorithms
.
Strong understanding of
supply chain dynamics and demand-supply alignment
.
Retail or e-commerce industry experience preferred.
Experience in
end-to-end model development and deployment
.
