Role: Data Scientist

Role & responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Build suitable ML models (xsell, churn, retention, lookalike, segmentation) which drive data data monetization etc
• Would be managing the entire process from data preparation to model deployment and impact. And rework basis feedback/ response.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
• 5 years of experience in analytics firms, experience in building ML models
• BFSI experience mandatory ( lending experience preferred)
• Qualifications degree in Analytics ( or Decision Sciences) , Stats,
• Should be able to demonstrate how their work made an impact.
• Would be delivering on building Predictive Models (xsell, churn, retention, lookalike etc), hence should have experience in managing the entire process from data preparation to model deployment and impact.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics
• Python /R and Sql Programing
• In depth knowledge of statistical and ML algorithms like Clustering, Regression, Ensemble techniques, Naive Bayes classifiers, Neural networks etc.
