As we expand our AI/ML offerings, we are looking for Data Scientists with deep experience in developing ML/AI models, working with Generative AI.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist who thrives at the intersection of Machine Learning, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building end-to-end AI/ML models, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), deploying solutions at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI models.
• Develop and fine-tune Generative AI and LLM-based solutions for use cases such as summarization, text generation, and synthetic data generation.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and other data scientists to deliver impactful solutions to business problems.
• Optimize model performance, conduct error analysis, and ensure efficient cloud resource utilization in Azure or AWS environments.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior data scientists within the team.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in AI/ML and proactively apply them to real-world use cases.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in applied data science, AI, and machine learning.
• Proven expertise in developing ML models from scratch, including preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, etc.) and fine-tuning domain-specific models.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, with experience in relevant ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
