As a dynamic and experienced academic leader, you will have the exciting opportunity to head the Data Science vertical at a fast-growing, well-funded Edtech venture. Your role as the Program Director / Senior Faculty - Data Science will involve driving the overall curriculum design, teaching methodology, and academic strategy for the discipline. You will directly oversee the faculty team, ensuring academic rigor, high-quality content delivery, and learner engagement. Your responsibilities will include being the overall owner of the Data Science vertical, accountable for its academic direction, learner success, and alignment with industry requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the curriculum design and teaching methodology for the Data Science vertical - Provide oversight and guidance to the faculty team to ensure high-quality content delivery - Ensure academic rigor and learner engagement in all courses - Align the academic direction of the Data Science vertical with industry requirements - Design impactful learning experiences for working professionals and executive education programs - Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders within the organization Qualifications Required: - PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field from a Tier-1 institution - Strong experience in applied data science from leading corporate or consulting firms - Proven track record in teaching, especially with working professionals and executive education - Ability to lead academic teams and drive academic strategy effectively,
