Data Science Engineer, Network transformation planning

As a Data Analyst in the Chief Operations Office of Colt, you will play a crucial role in supporting Network Development and Optimization objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing data analysis to support the team's objectives - Identifying and correcting data anomalies within source system data sets - Developing and publishing reporting and analytics based on tested hypotheses - Assisting with the departmental automation roadmap by identifying, simplifying, and automating repeatable tasks - Testing business hypotheses to construct predictive models - Setting up experimental designs to answer business questions and continuously measuring model effectiveness - Executing different data analytics to ensure data completeness, quality, and consistency - Communicating insights to the business and senior management - Presenting complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels, including senior executives - Utilizing strong Excel skills, data visualization skills (specifically Qlik/PowerBI), and collaboration skills Must-Haves: - Affinity for Telco technology, including optical and packet technology - Experience with Django Rest Framework and Oracle DB - Strong understanding of relational database design and modeling - Proven ability to work independently or in a small team - Experience participating in code reviews and technical discussions Might-Haves: - Strong proficiency in Django and Python (5+ years) - Experience with building and consuming REST APIs - Understanding of SQL database design, VBA, and version control (Git) - Ability to write clean, maintainable code - Understanding of software development principles - Experience in data modeling, ML, or AI Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication, or a relevant field Join Colt's team to be a part of its global growth and contribute to the development of digital infrastructure across Europe and beyond.,
