Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts to deliver high-impact projects.
Campaign Optimization and continuous improvement to the campaign framework
Design and implement
personalized marketing campaigns
using advanced data science techniques.
Develop and deploy
predictive models
(e.g., decision trees, classification models) to optimize campaign targeting and timing.
Conduct
campaign funnel analysis
, A/B testing, and performance evaluation to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to translate business goals into analytical solutions.
Leverage
Big Data technologies
(e.g., PySpark, Hadoop) to process and analyze large-scale datasets.
Build and maintain robust
data pipelines
and ensure data quality and integrity.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and actionable manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong expertise in
PySpark

SQL
, and
Big Data ecosystems
.
Proven experience in
campaign analytics
, including funnel analysis, segmentation, and performance measurement.
Hands-on experience with
machine learning techniques
such as decision trees, regression, clustering, and model evaluation.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
