Data Science Architect (Full Stack)

You are a Full Stack Data Science Architect at Hubnex Labs, responsible for leading the development of scalable AI products and reusable intellectual property for global enterprise clients. Your role involves deep technical expertise in AI/ML, data architecture, backend/frontend systems, and cloud-native technologies. As the AI & Data Science Leader, you will design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications, architect data pipelines, and apply cutting-edge techniques in NLP, Computer Vision, Speech Recognition, and Reinforcement Learning. You will evaluate algorithms based on business impact, accuracy, and scalability, and design and optimize data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines. In your role as a Full Stack & Cloud Architect, you will design cloud-native systems using microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures. You will build robust APIs and UIs for intelligent applications using technologies like Python, Node.js, and React. Leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, you will ensure scalable deployment and utilize technologies such as Kafka, TensorFlow, Elixir, Golang, and NoSQL/Graph DBs for high-performance ML products. Your responsibilities also include building reusable IP adaptable across industries, prototyping AI features, collaborating with product managers, and exploring new technologies to maintain a forward-looking tech stack. You should have at least 4+ years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models, strong understanding of ML frameworks and data libraries, expertise in Python, and proficiency in DevOps practices and cloud platforms. Furthermore, you are expected to lead agile engineering teams, possess strong architectural thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication skills.
