Location: Bangalore (our office has AC, great chai, and actual desks)
Dress Code: Business Casual (because spreadsheets don t judge, but we still like to look good)
Who We Are:
At Tradepass, we throw the B2B events that industries can t stop talking about think tech summits, fintech showdowns, and cybersecurity pow-wows. We re a team of high-energy, data-obsessed, meme-loving professionals who believe research should be as exciting as the events we build (or at least close).
What You ll Be Doing (With a Spreadsheet in Hand):
Play detective: Hunt down company details like names, emails, phone numbers, and key decision-makers (no magnifying glass required, just killer Google skills).
Be a CRM wizard: Populate and organize data in HubSpot like it s your personal Tetris game (high score = flawless data hygiene).
Fact-check like a pro: Ensure every entry is accurate, up-to-date, and ready for our sales team to work their magic.
Collaborate with sales and marketing: Your research fuels their fire so expect high-fives when your lists turn into leads.
Own the process: From sourcing to inputting, you ll make sure our database is richer than a startup s coffee budget.
What We re Looking For (Besides Someone Who Can Excel at Excel):
A Sherlock-level researcher: You know how to find
anything
online (LinkedIn, Crunchbase, or the depths of a corporate website).
Detail-obsessed: Typos? Missing info? Inconsistent formatting? Not on your watch.
CRM-curious: HubSpot/Salesforce experience is a plus, but if you re quick to learn, we re quick to teach.
Self-starter: You don t wait for instructions you see a data gap and fill it (like a superhero, but for spreadsheets).
Bachelor s degree or equivalent (or just a really convincing cover letter about your stalking er,
research
skills).
Culture Check:
We re data-driven but don t take ourselves too seriously.
Team lunches may involve debating the best research tools or the best biryani.
We celebrate wins with snacks, sarcasm, and the occasional "Most Organized Spreadsheet" award.
Perks & Highlights:
Work in Bangalore s buzzing Indiranagar (with cafes for when you need a research break).
Mentorship from a team that s equal parts nerdy and fun.
Flexible hours (because great research doesn t always happen 9 5).
Competitive stipend (for interns) or salary (for executives).
A team that values your work even if it s "just data" (spoiler: it s
everything
).
