Job Description

You will be responsible for understanding, referring to, and following the instructions outlined in the data processing manual on a daily basis. Your role will involve checking workflow records, documents, and forms from clients to determine if the data already exists in the system. You will need to prioritize work based on form types, raise alerts to the supervisor if there are any queries, review data for errors, enter/update data accurately, and approach the supervisor for further information as needed. Additionally, you will compile daily work summaries and work on ad-hoc requests. - Understand and follow data processing manual instructions daily - Check workflow records and identify existing data in the system - Prioritize work based on form types and raise alerts to the supervisor when necessary - Review and correct data errors based on manual instructions - Enter new/update existing data accurately - Approach supervisor for missing information - Compile daily work summaries - Work on ad-hoc requests as needed - 0-2 years of experience in data entry into software applications - Freshers interested in working night shifts can also apply - Minimum education qualification of 10+2, but candidates with a bachelor's degree will be prioritized - Typing speed of 30 wpm with high accuracy The role requires you to respond positively to requests from reporting authorities, work based on time constraints, and be comfortable working night shifts or in US timings. You should also be familiar with US holidays and festivals. Knowledge of spelling, grammar, punctuation, primary mathematical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking ability are important. Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet research is necessary for this role.,
