Programming & Tools

• Development experience in

  such as ServiceNow (preferred).
• Knowledge of BI reporting platforms:

• Knowledge of

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on GCP.
• Manage BigQuery datasets, optimize SQL queries, and maintain ETL workflows.
• Support data warehouse, analytics, and ML operations teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of data systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, platform, and operations.
• Maintain documentation, workflows, and best practices using JIRA, Confluence.
• Implement data security, access control, and governance standards.
